Today saw Wilsden Juniors FC Women take to the pitch as they took part in the West Yorkshire Beginners League Winter Gala at Outwood Grange, Wakefield.

The ladies braved the cold and wet weather to take on established teams that play in the league, and they certainly didnt look out of place.
Some excellent football was played by the ladies earning them a 3rd Placed finish in their league, having drawn 3 games and lost 1, only missing out on a quarter final place on goal difference.
